Processing and Delivery Times

- Transit Time: 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 8-12 business days from the date of order placement
Note: Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays. Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $99.99: $6.95 flat rate
- Orders over $99.99: Free shipping
- Carriers: We use trusted partners like USPS and FedEx for reliable delivery.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and apply only to U.S. destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep. If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wristgleam ships from within the U.S., so domestic orders typically do not incur customs fees. However, if additional charges (e.g., taxes) apply due to local regulations, these are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care to package your order securely, but shipping mishaps can occur. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
